How is FOS ERP priced?
FOS ERP is priced per plant based on modules, users, and complexity — not per arbitrary transaction. You pay for the manufacturing capabilities you need, with transparent tiers for SMEs and mid-market manufacturers. Contact sales for a quote matched to your plant size.
Is there a free trial or pilot for FOS ERP?
FOS offers structured demos and pilot configurations on sample data so you can validate workflows before commitment. A guided pilot lets key users test planning, production, and quality flows relevant to your plant without disrupting live operations.
What is included in the FOS ERP subscription?
Subscription includes core modules, cloud hosting, security updates, and standard support. Implementation, data migration, training, and hypercare are scoped separately so you know exactly what go-live costs before you sign.
Are implementation and training costs separate?
Yes. Implementation covers discovery, configuration, migration, UAT, and go-live support. Training is included in the implementation plan for planners, shop floor, stores, purchase, quality, and finance teams so adoption sticks after launch.
Can I start with a few modules and expand later?
Yes. Many customers start with planning, production, inventory, and purchase, then add quality, subcontracting, CRM, or advanced finance. Modules share one database, so expansion does not require re-integration or duplicate data entry.
Does FOS charge per user or per plant?
Pricing is primarily plant-based with reasonable user bands for typical manufacturing roles. Unlike generic ERP that penalises every shop-floor login, FOS is structured so production and stores teams can work without per-seat surprises.
What ROI can manufacturers expect from FOS ERP?
Customers typically see faster order cycles, fewer stock-outs, lower WIP, and cleaner month-end close within the first year. Exact ROI depends on your starting maturity, but most plants recover implementation cost through inventory and planning gains.
Is cloud hosting included or do we host on-premise?
FOS is offered as secure cloud SaaS with Indian data residency options. On-premise or private cloud can be discussed for enterprises with specific compliance needs. Hosting, backups, and updates are managed for cloud customers.
How does FOS pricing compare to SAP or Oracle?
FOS costs a fraction of tier-one ERP for comparable discrete manufacturing depth. You avoid heavy customisation, long SI timelines, and annual maintenance stacks typical of generic suites — while still getting MRP, quality, and shop-floor connectivity.
How do I request a custom quote?
Use the pricing page contact form or email hello@fos-erp.com with plant count, modules needed, and user roles. The FOS team responds with a scoped proposal including implementation timeline and total cost of ownership.
